You can Create guild without any costs.
Or you can join send application to any guild / join to your friends guild
In the Guild Window u can edit the Guild as Leader with settings button, see the logs, donate the guild for Upgrades and get Buffs from it, as a guild u can do Guilds Dungeon or Daily Bosses to get Free Exp without any Donation.
